Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile number, and valid email address. dwk99 will cross-reference this information against KYC documents during the verification process. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. dwk99 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are correctly entered will be treated as activity conducted by you, and you bear full financial responsibility for such activity.
Before processing any withdrawal request, dwk99 will require you to complete a full KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. dwk99 may also request a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document. The verification process is typically completed within one to three business days of document submission.
Completing KYC verification early — before placing your first bet — is strongly recommended. Early verification removes withdrawal delays and ensures a seamless experience when you are ready to access your winnings.
dwk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processor not listed on the Platform is accepted.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by payment method. dwk99 reserves the right to apply enhanced transaction limits to accounts flagged for compliance review.
Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday) are typically credited to the Player's Account within five to fifteen minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited near-instantly. dwk99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one to five business days. Withdrawals are made exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dwk99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal that triggers internal compliance thresholds.
The dwk99 Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or financial crime. Deposits must come from funds legitimately owned by the registered Player. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without meaningful betting activity is a recognized pattern of money laundering and will trigger a compliance investigation, potential account suspension, and referral to relevant authorities.
Important: dwk99 will not process withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for the most recent deposit until all deposited funds have been wagered at least once. This policy is in place to prevent payment fraud and protects all Players on the Platform.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by dwk99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as a "no wagering" offer, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at the stated multiple before any balance attributable to those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Progress toward meeting wagering requirements is tracked in real time on the Player's Account dashboard.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the promotion's terms. As a general guide: sports betting and live casino wagers typically contribute 100%, standard slot games contribute 100%, while games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and togel may contribute at a reduced rate of between 10% and 50%. dwk99 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates with 48 hours' notice.
dwk99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that constitute abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free bonus clearance, and systematically targeting low-house-edge games to drain bonus funds without genuine engagement. Where abuse is confirmed, dwk99 will void the bonus, cancel any winnings generated during the abuse period, and may permanently suspend the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will be automatically removed from the Player's Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The validity period begins at the moment the bonus is credited to the Account, not at the moment of first use.
A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the dwk99 system. Confirmation is indicated by a unique bet reference number displayed on screen and sent to the registered email address. Bets placed without a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be honored.
dwk99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. A "palpable error" is defined as an odds value so far removed from the true market price that no reasonable bettor would have expected it to stand. Players who deliberately exploit palpable errors will have affected bets voided and may face account suspension.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on football and other sports must contain a minimum of two selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the bet reverts to an accumulator of the remaining selections. All standard sports betting rules apply to each individual selection within a mix parlay.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice, particularly during significant in-game events such as goals, red cards, or injury stoppages. Bets submitted during a period of market suspension will not be accepted. dwk99 accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the Player's side that prevent timely bet placement during live markets.
All casino games and slot titles on dwk99 are governed by the rules provided within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) figures are certified by independent third-party auditors and published in the game information panel. dwk99 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology across all non-live game verticals to ensure provably fair outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dwk99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the relevant dispute arose, or the equivalent of Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
dwk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether or not dwk99 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting dwk99 customer support at . Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following a final KYC check. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already been converted to real-money Balance through completed wagering requirements.
dwk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a compliance risk to the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, dwk99 will report the activity to appropriate authorities and will not release Account funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed until the selected period has elapsed. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwk99 holds its international gaming license. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under Indonesian law.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact dwk99 customer support in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved informally within 72 hours. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits dwk99's right to seek emergency injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent immediate and irreparable harm arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.
dwk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, or immediately in cases where regulatory requirements or security concerns demand urgent amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change and request withdrawal of any remaining Balance.
